Actual: Some operations in game are not tied to ticks as a result there's no way to predict how many ticks a given operation will take.

Example: Unequip component -> Equip Component. On my local machine, 1 tick inbetween is enough to switch components. In some cases I need 0.5 ticks. On dedicated server even 1 tick in between these operations is often not enough.
