There seems to be an edge case where the puzzle is solved, all the nodes are lit, but if the solution does not use all of the displayed tiles it does not complete.
This has happened to me before and using all the tiles does complete the puzzle and give the rewards.
I've included the save file and a screenshot with the solved, but unrewarded, puzzle and the x,y values in the mini-map show the exploreable's location.
Just one of those edge cases that can slip in, thus the happy expression on the feedback.
