| 9 | You are right, the wording and explanation of the virus mechanics still needs updating. We are in the middle of fixing some of the later virus techs including Total Protection and Anti-Virus so this will be updated in the future. Currently as it is implemented it will protect you powering down and anti-virus will stop the power drain, but this is expected to be changed as well.
