Personal transporters seem to ignore the 'Supply Items' option.
Setup:
The storage building the mouse is hovering over is requesting items from the network and its STORE slot is set to the selected 2x2 building.
The 2x2 building has a personal transporter installed and has LN option 'Supply Items' not set. Its STORE slot is set to the other storage building behind the 2x2 building.
Expected behavior:
The 2x2 building will receive items from the lower storage building.
The 2x2 building will send items to the upper storage building.
Actual behavior:
The 2x2 building is throwing the items it receives from the lower storage building right back at it in an endless loop.
