5992😀Bug163: Miss labeled or not, it is still now working correctly. Either it effects power or it doesn't. If you place a miner or a fabricator on there, it increases the power usage by that, but if you place a solar panel or a wind terbine on it, it does not. To test do this:
Place 2 defense blocks in an independant (or your only) power grid, and install an assembeler, a solar cell, and portible power field on them, they should run at 100% power grid.
If not at 100% something is not being applied correctly no mater how things are labeled. I assumed it worked by speeding up the time tick rate, and increasing the number of ticks per second after a bit of experimentation, ie a fabricator with a capacitor was placed on 2 types of blocks, and they both produced the same number of items, so not actually "Effeciency", but "accelerated" or "overclocked".

166I'm not sure I understand the specific test you are doing but it sounds like you are talking about drawing power when there are no benefits? There has been other changes besides just the labeling like unaffected components not drawing more power then they shouldn't, so maybe check again after the next update.
