If you hover over the stability in the resimulator it should tell you a few ways you have already unlocked that change the stability. An easy way to destablize it is to solve explorables in the blight using an infected circuit board 3. put it in the resimulator 4. put it in the resimulator 5. Im not sure what the "Composite Key" is, but maybe the rainbow style datakey? they are required to extract the AI Cores from the simulator 6. When you put an ai core in the resimulator it will restart the repairs with a higher tier of ingredients. Each time you repair it it will give you a normal AI Core (which you can get a global overclocking module) and an ELAIN core (an away team).
