| 388 | By default production components set to infinite will request an extra half a stack of each ingredient, making it work well with 2 producers on a building without over ordering. Without this production components would constantly stop while they waited for items to be transferred and if you had recipes that had 1 item then only 1 item at a time would be transferred. Setting a register to 1 and linking to the production register is the "hack" I assume you are talking about, I don't think you need the signal reader though, any register like the signal or visual register would do.
