Thanks for the feedback and very sorry to hear you're having trouble playing with the game.

Looking at the screenshot it appears your Command Center has been mistakenly disconnected from the network (The Wifi looking button above the power button) If you switch it back on, the orders for ingredients to deliver will begin.

We're always thinking of ways and ideas to make the tutorial easier to understand for more users and this is a fine example of that.
