| 7002 | 😀 | Suggestion | This is another update for Feedback ID 7000 (and7001) Solved it! TL;DR: The "Sequence" instruction is a loop instruction in disguise, and needs to be concluded, by making sure, that the program flows through the "Last" branch. After implementing every loop instruction manually, (without using any loop instruction) my behavior still managed to hit the loop recursion limit. But now it highlighted a "Sequence" instruction for the first time! I indeed, jumped out of its "First" branch, therefore never concluding it. But the game only highlighted the loop instruction before. Probably because it was the 41th loop that got nested? Improvement suggestions: + Mark the "Sequence" instruction as a loop, by giving it the same blue colored label as every other loop. + Place the "Sequence" instruction under "Loop" category, to make it even more obvious. + Note in the explanation of the "Sequence" instruction, that it needs to be concluded, by flowing through its "Last" branch, in order to prevent loop recursions. (Better add such a hint to every loop explanation) + Can you highlight multiple instructions, after the behavior got stopped due to hitting the recursion limit? Would be nice, to see all nested loops, and not only the last one. | 2026-10-10 13:44:01 |
