3344🙂BugIf I transfer a scattered resource to storage by clicking on it, then dragging its contents to the storage, the actual "structure" in the world that represents the scattered resource does not disappear. If I click on it, I can see that it's now empty. If I try to gather it by right clicking, it says that there's no inventory space available (which there is). 3335😀SuggestionDrones are a fantastic concept, but the use cases tend to be crowded out by cheaper, more versatile options.

If a bot is able to move items without a tether, and typically can move large amounts of items, then in the early game their use case would be best for structures, yet the portable transporter is unlocked early enough that logistics drones are effectively crowded out.

I suggest reworking how these are unlocked. Internal drone components, and tier 1 drones, are unlocked early in the tech tree and replace the portable transporter. Small drone ports, and medium and large drone ports, are unlocked as you progress with a smattering of better, longer ranged freight drones. You also get basic mining drones, maybe attack drones too, on the main tech tree. Possibly some drone components that are uniquely equippable to drone-only slots, to give them some customsation options. But some functionality is gated to other tech trees - if I understand your aesthetic for Human tech Human drones will be faster, longer range, and better at resource extraction. If the aliens have a leaning towards offense then they might give stronger attack drones.

Having some units with a special drone carrier synergy would be useful for mining drones - you might, forexample, have frames which can dok drones natively.

3328😟BugI think there is a bug that is making the game virtually unplayable after a while of building. It started off okay but as my base got larger, bots stopped taking from various buildings even though there was a request, i have plenty of spare power and as an example i have 38 foundations available but none of the foundations are being placed. Some of the bots(mainly runners) appear to be idle when requests are still active from the logistics network. Loving the game and worked before the exploration update2023-11-21 15:50:00
3327🙂GeneralAgain, Dropped Item ghost bug guy here. I figured out the bug only occurs when I order for a "naturally occuring" scattered resource to be transfered to storage and leave it to the logistics network to complete. Manually picking the item up with a bot leaves no ghost, and dropped items from my base don't leave a ghost when picked up, be it through the logistics network, manual bot labor or the teleporter component (tried this with a stack of circuit boards). The bugs affected scattered resource (silica) and (crystal chunks) equally, as long as the logistics network was the one doing the picking up. Now, hopefully this is the last one for this issue... 3326😟BugThis is a continuation of the previously reported Dropped Item ghost bug filed earlier today. The bug seems to be occuring on collected scattered resources (silica) in this case, theres another one not far from the one shown below. Shooting it will remove the issue, but these showed up just after I solved the former pile. A previous game had this bug occur on a power flower item though (with no discernible image, wherein the item was a true ghost entity, unlike in this case), so not sure why this time its exclusively scattered silica sand resource deposits. Haven't seen it occur with anything else this game (looking at scattered reource (crystal chunks) in particular for similarities). Not sure if this helps, and I won't be filing anymore of these for this issue, unless some reason compels me otherwise. Best of luck!2023-11-21 12:54:21

Also, I would love to have tags on the nodes so nodes related to what I am searching for show up even if I chose the wrong term. 3318🙂SuggestionTutorial has a couple of confusing moments where I'm not sure which unit I should have selected. Namely the first switch, where I'm told to deploy the base, but was just told to select the scout unit in the previous window.

3317😟SuggestionThe current version of progaming is horrible. Its nice to have some functions defines, but thus making it very complex to create own logics and functions. i would really recommend to break it down to a much simpler way. So the menu might own functions created. Also breaking the window more down to "Information -> process -> Action/Output" would make more sense.

Having the ability to chose information itself, and not the ability to chose a function with obsolete and complex ways.... A simple program, becomes hard work here, which kills the fun and is much time consuming. Fictional circle to limit action radius, automatic flags for groupiong and requesting units... I have no clue how would i implenent things like this? Upgrade units, if there is a version of a unit that has changes. Look for singal, get to location stores in variable and be done. But creating variables alone is difficulty i guess? :(

3313😟BugHi. I've been trying to capture a bot's virus in a containment module but every time, the infected bot disappears and I don't get the virus sample. I was told this is not normal and starting to run out of infected bots. Could you kindly have a look.
Not sure if I did a thing that triggered that issue. Maybe it's related to the fact I got infected once after having the mission prompt and never healed that specific bot ? It was in harder zone I can't access without other losses now.

I wanted to check the availability of a resource and if it is less than a set amount trigger the creation of a material using a builder or assembler. The few things I'd like to see improved are:
1. Shared Component Storage should be limited to one per storage, so you don't have double storage when moving parts around.

There is also a very behaviour behaviour regarding power grids, as they don't overlap with the yellow lines seen on screen, they align with the building radius of the power extenders.

3307😟SuggestionCan you make the save system save each map instead of saving separate save files? The autosave feature is fine but I just want to be able to seamlessly switch between my solo and co-op map without ever worrying about saving the game each time I quit and setting all the co-op settings every single time.
There is also a risk of overwriting a different map entirely by mistake with a single click since I have to manually save all the time

3306🙂General#how to use blight gas for research is not fully explained. I have collected in containers and delivered to the command centre, but nothing happens if i drop gas on the floor, it cant be added to the command centre, if i drop the gas container - it does nothing.

#many items would fill open slots needed for building - very confusing when storage jut gets filled then dumps unwanted goods into factory areas. there should just be an output slot - that never gets filled, so you always have a free slot to build into. This has caught me out too many times to be ignored

overall much potential, but there are areas where the game tries to be too clever or the modular system does not do what you expect. Many aspects of logistics with robots instead of belts that cause confusion when the paths for robots get easily blocked - it would make sense if they just passed through each other rather than go all the way round. Sometimes they do this - so which is it?

If you want the laser extractor, you need small modular reactors.
If you want small modular reactors, you need blight bars.
If you want blight bars, you need human intel.

Why is blight progression so heavily gated by human progression? Just make blight chargers not require aluminum or something, so you don't run into such an arbitrary wall when you unlock the blight charger long before discovering human data cubes.

I have spent so long trying to get into the blight by researching blight tech, and eventually I gave up. Then, randomly, I discover a fair bit into human tech that I needed aluminum all along, and there was no indication of this form the blight side. Not happy.
