For example, i want a fabricator to produce metal bar,only in the situation that a related storge block has contained metal bar less than 40(≤40), otherwise the fabricator will shutdown and keep check in a time interval so that when the metal bar in the storge block ≤40 ,the fabricator will turn on to continue the production process.
