I've been playing computer games now for 49 years, programmer starting back when the first Tandy/Radio Shack TRS-80 came out (my Dad was one of the first to buy one!) I was 10 years old!! Programming languages I used over the years was BASIC, ADA, Assembler, C++ and a language that our US Air Force created. I have to tell you that initially starting to play DESYNCED, I was struggling a bit with how everything worked together but I quickly caught on. Once my brain was wrapped around the mechanics of the game I can tell you that in just about all my years of gaming, I really haven't had this kind of AWESOME experience (still early in the game though). The AI tells me that I'll need metal bars, so I immediately start building a couple of metal bar buildings, which ate my only fabricator. The buildings didn't complete, so there was no way to progress. This tutorial screen comes *after* the AI message. While I eventually figured it out, it was not a fun experience. Maybe don't tell the player they'll need iron bars except on the *same* screen as telling them to slot the fabricator.
