The first one was working fine but was pretty poorly made. the v2 was better. then I kept working on it but instead of v3, it is v2 not working version. the current v2 version is not the origional, but is the newest version with some behavior in the beginning which was cut out. I dont have a problem building the "power core" building blueprint when it is assigned the power expansion behavior. Sometimes I can build the power core building when power expansion v2 is set as the behavior. When i go to place the power core building with "power expansion v2 not working" equipped in the building blueprint, it does not let my place the building. This is what happenes with "power extension v2" sometimes.
